The numbers are in and this year's 2012 Smart Commute Challnege was a huge success! Smart Commuters completed 4,753.5 Smart Commutes during the 2012 Challenge, walking, biking, using public transportation, ride sharing, telecommuting and paddling to work, school and running errands.

Board members will oversee a mini-grant program that will encourage traditionally underserved and marginalized populations to become involved in all levels of government, particularly on boards that are not reflective of the community demographics.
