The numbers are in and this year's 2012 Smart Commute Challnege was a huge success! Smart Commuters completed 4,753.5 Smart Commutes during the 2012 Challenge, walking, biking, using public transportation, ride sharing, telecommuting and paddling to work, school and running errands.

Mid-MEAC is seeking nominees for the Community Reinvestment Fund Board. Board members will oversee a mini-grant program that will encourage traditionally underserved and marginalized populations to become involved in all levels of government, particularly on boards that are not reflective of the community demographics.
