Theresa Lark, MidMEAC Executive Director
Ms. Lark brings more than 25 years of experience in managing organizational development, executive development and strategic communications for nonprofit and other organizations. She has a record of leadership on environmental issues, and a deep commitment to Mid-MEAC’s mission of environmental stewardship. Theresa has served nonprofits at all levels of program, fundraising, executive operations and leadership. She holds a bachelor of science degree in Community Development and Public Administration from Central Michigan University. She is a graduate of the Michigan Lake & Stream Leadership Institute and previously served on the Woldumar Nature Association Board of Directors.
From the Director: “I look forward to partnering with environmental advocacy and education groups in our area, and engaging with our dedicated volunteer corps,” Lark said. “Programming in 2016 will continue our commitment to water quality through our Volunteer Stream Monitoring initiative. Recycling and non-motorized transport also remain at the top of our programming list.”
